The Presidency, Republic of South Africa
As brand strategy partner of the O.S.C. Consortium, ID&B was invited to architect, direct and present the brand strategy commissioned by The Presidency. The Presidency is the apex of the system of government in the Republic of South Africa situated in the Union Buildings, Pretoria, and in Tuynhuys, Cape Town.

Brand Strategy
The Presidency, Republic of South Africa
Brand concept model developed for the positioning of the Presidential brand. The concept is based on co-creation, mass collaboration and crowdsourcing: the engagement of nationwide citizen networks.
Model
Mass collaboration and co-creation are forms of collective action that occur when large numbers of people work independently on a single project, often modular in nature. The purpose of the model was to unify greater South Africa in the creation of the visual language for the Presidential brand.
The objective was to shorten path-length between individual and State while harnessing South Africa´s vibrant creativity and spirit of Ubuntu in the quest for Batho Pele: a better life for all South Africans by putting people first.

Medi-Clinic private healthcare group
ID&B undertook a brand alignment project for one of the worlds leading private healthcare groups, Medi-Clinic. The process involved auditing, segmenting, defining, refining and standardizing the Medi-Clinic brand communication architecture as represented in nationwide communications across multiple media and platforms.
